End User Support

Supporting the people in the trenches is one of our specialties.  With over 30 years of support experience, you won't find support staff that takes better care of the end user than right here at Flatirons IT Consulting.  We take the time to not only resolve an issue, but will explain to the user what happened and how they can avoid the same issue in the future.  We can train users on some quick tricks to help them become more self sufficient by resolving simple items themselves.  Our support staff can assist users on-site or from a remote location.
